I have sent a PL11, PL21 for replacement with a self-addressed courier envelop inside. Please do the needful for the replacement. Accessories for both the IEMS have not been sent.

Problem with both of them are the same. The jack has a loose connection and one channel is dead.

i want PL11 , but by clicking your link for mediahome website it says,

ebay price is 560. here he posted 499. i think if we order through their own website it includes shipping price, then it becomes 560also. or it is only 499
 
nono ebay has a fee to every sale so he added that fee in the price ... 500 is shipped amount on his website i think... we'll have to wait for it but AFAIK ebay prices are slightly overpriced because of their fee charges on sellers.
