OMG that is horrible.:O never seen parcel delivered in such a condition.
your servant shouldn't had received the consignment. now don't think anything can be done.

I can't seem to order the PL-30 off your Ebay link today for some reason. It says "Your bank transfer could not be completed. Please select some other payment method." :huh:
