speakers 2.1 or 5.1 under 15k

guys buying a new set of speakers
will be using with my pc and ps3
and main purpose is gaming and listening music.

and please suggest a sound card too for 5k :)

this is one hellva setup.
for Sound card, you said that you using "pc and ps3"
so get a fiio DAC where you can use the PS3 by optical, PC by USB and can also used as portable amp.
 
The DA5000 Pro in that link is overpriced , you probably should be able to source one for around 9k , i myself overpaid 11,400 . Having said that i would recommend you to buy a 2.1 setup unless you really want to go for a 5.1 surround sound which is supported by few pc games out there , but you will need digital input (coaxial , hdmi) to get 5.1 output of a home theatre system so connectivity wise iw ould recommend to you z906 at that budget.
 
5.1 sounds amazing with games........ especially fps like crysis ,far cry
it is of no use for games like fifa, dragon age,elder scroll ,warcraft etc
most mp3 is 2.1 so no advantage...
a 15k 2.1 speaker will be much better than 5.1 k sound quality wise especially for music.....
