Speed Boost : Airtel !

I just got a call from one of airtel's call centres , they're upgrading me to a 512kbps day/night unlimited plan for Rs 1499 from my 256 unlimited 999 plan :clap: . All call charges remain the same.

:rofl: no big deal as the plan is 1500 + tax now :p
 
I have witnessed speed boosts when in chennai

There i had a 128kb UL plan & for 13 hrs had the dld speed to 56kB wherein the normal was 16kB

I downloaded an entire OSuse Distro DVD & 3 HD Trailers

Chennai is not in luck remember the CAS drama

Anyway Airtel will definitely introduce nice plans to tackle BSNL who is keen on adding new customers

@arzuneos i also have had speed boosts where i got 60KBps rates for around 12 hours. But these days, i doubt if anyone in chennai gets it. Up north, its quite frequent though!
