Speed Throttling in BSNL Night UL plans !!

It is true that BSNL is fooling its 500 night unlimited customers, by throttling the night bandwidth. I am using the scheme since inception and now i want to switch off as they are cheating us.

They have me throttled right now at 256k. Wth am I supposed to do with 256k.
Hope this doesn't become a regular thing.

never faced this problem,,thank god...but sorry for you my frnd.as you are able to get full speed at 8 AM ..it means there is some problem with your connection..go to exch.they will reset your connection.may be it will help you.

My problem lasted only one day. Back to the usual 1.5mb/s now.
