I'd be wary of Spice. In this review here (albeit of another model), they've mentioned adware being integrated in with the OS! So better check up with someone about the particular Spice model that you're wanting to buy.

I'm really no expert on this. The only reason I was able to point out that review is because I've been hunting for a similar phone for a while.
You haven't mentioned what size of screen you'd prefer. That will help others make a few more suggestions.
Another thing I've come across in reviews is that at this budget the camera & flash quality is not up to the mark. I mention this since you've put it down as a requirement. You might need to lower your expectations on that front.
