I bought samsung s23 ultra from flipkart and i got a coupn of spotify 12 months membership of 699 for free But when i am using the coupon on my spotify account its saying me to pay 699 for 12 months membership. Why its asking me to pay money when i have the free coupon.

Nope, seems it works only for new and expired trial users only

Spotify is increasing prices again and will inevitably also increase here. If you are starting out or are migrating to a new account, then this is a great deal.

I had sold the code here and it turns out it didn't with a new account. I found that it didn't work with the account used for the Flipkart purchase or another new one I created when trying to redeem the coupon.

However, it worked with another free account I had created earlier in the year and never used for trial or premium. I of course trust that the coupon hasn't been redeemed by those who have been unable to use it.

Hence, it is still available but it seems it only works with accounts meeting some specific criteria that is unclear to me.
