yea..the diff is this one tries to stop installation of spyware like antivirus softwares...while adaware and spybot remove the spywares after installation

that means real-time protection is missing...:S
me using M$ AntiSpyware and its doing quite a good job with its real-time protection.
doen't use much resources and am happy with it.

i m still on win 98 and its useful for me
