Start up (Co working concept)

We have one independent house which is vacant now. The house is located in residential area not (commercial) the thing is the rental value is not that good. I am thinking of making it as office space/ startup space or storage purpose need some inputs what other options do i have. I want to make use of the space. Where to find the startup guys? Someone needs working space right.

may be you can look around nearby technical institutions (try to contact faculty / alumni) ,
look at local classifieds / put up an advertisement (classified) in the local newspapers ...

Is there a Govt. sponsored startup program in your state.. maybe that could be a source as the startups would've registered there for the Incubation level support it offers.

I think that you should first do some well market research. What is needed on the market and where is the most demand. Maybe it could be a office space, or some sort of hostel, or maybe even to advertise on internet –based websites who deal with short term renting..
