Now Finally i got a iPhone 3GS 32gig for myself and 16GB Black for my dad.. Its brand new.. just opened and jail broken by a shop owner in Heera panna. i got it for 35.5k.. The phone is unlocked and running on 3.1.2
Reason for sale :- He has blacko-Phobia.. Doesn't use anything of Black color.. :@

Asking Price :- 33.5k which is fair enough..
Shipping would be additional..
i wont provide DOA Warranty or any kind of refunds...

once jailbroken & unlocked, warranty gets void & officially 3GS is not launched in india, so there is no way u can get it by the book, whether locked or unlocked, jailbroken or not, APPLE is not responsible.
 
Actually this one will be used by my bro in Ireland..If he decides to get one.

So any intl warranty kinda thing?... or so for 34k, if anything happens.. KAPUT ??.. :(

the phone has apple US warranty.. and its production date is 17/12.. and if the phone anytime gets launched in india then. maybe it can be claimed here too..
if anytime warranty is to be claimed, the phone has to be just updated to stock firmware and then claim the warranty, as then it wont be jailbroken and unlocked..

apple phones are sold on a contract basis & you must be thinking that if anything goes wrong, you can send it to europe or usa or aus for replacement if it is still under warranty. well, looks good but just explain me certain things .......

1) once iphone is unlocked & jail broken, even if you restore it, they come to know.

2) if iphone goes kaput while you think its still in warranty, how are you going to restore it before claiming for replacement ?

3) there are strict laws in europe, usa & aus, apple are suing its customers for doing so, do you think you are being protected in any circumstances ?

Unlocking & Jail-Breaking is a crime under DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act)

4) according to sources, i have heard that there are some legal issues between apple & vodafone / Airtel, hence 3GS launch is unlikely in India, maybe late, maybe never, who knows ?

5) even if apple launches in INDIA officially, how are you liable to get your iphone into their warranty status, without showing any proper documents, even if you produce false documents, they come to know by the serial number.

point me if i missed out on anything ????

... basically a 34k paper weight if something does go wrong. :). Not getting it anyways.

Bro's MBP had to make 4 journeys to Apple store for same complaint :(.
 
i have no intention of discouraging anyone, have iphone 3g/8gb myself, jailbroken & unlocked, just to make people aware when they ask for warranty status & etc.
