Steam wallet works.. bought few wallet cards from gamersmall via netbanking ..as my current debit card sbi visa doesnot work in steam.. Once u buy the wallet.. redeem them in steam. Your acc wallet gets updated with the amount.. after that u can buy any game. There are lots of sites but i prefer gamersmall.
