Interested in buying something on steam. How do I proceed?
You can add me on Steam. PM if you need profile link.

Edit: Request to everyone. Please leave a comment here or send me a PM with your steam handle before adding me. So that I can differentiate between spam invites and the ones from TE. If you do not have PM privileges, you can leave a comment on my steam profile when adding.

This is the easiest way to increase the feedback numbers, while others have been receiving that for years. There must be some rules like one should not get more than 2 feedback from a single post. @puns ..I am just making a suggestion. No offense to anyone.

To be honest the purpose of this post is to cash out my steam balance and not to increase feedback. I have been collecting feedback from years too and have enough feedback collected to even bother about resorting to posts such as this with the sole purpose of increasing feedback. I am fine with a set limit for the number of feedback that can be had from a post. It doesnt bother me at all.

Also, think from a practical perspective when you say 2 feedback per post. There are many sellers that list over 10 items in their threads.

It's ok.... If the sale is genuine..... I don't find it wrong

This would be highly impractical and even detrimental, there are posts where the seller intends to sell an entire PC but ends up selling components.

If a sale is genuine the seller deserves the feedback. Moreover, you can always read all feedbacks before dealing with a guy. And on the rare occasions where someone is really trying to pull off a smart one, people almost always call these things out.

Steam gifts aren't going through for new Steam friends. Alternative I am offering is CS:GO items that you can sell in the Steam Community Market and get funds directly credited to your account. You do not need to pay 85% of the price of the item. You will need to pay 85% of the wallet amount that gets credited to your account after steam deducts its fee. Please add me only if you are fine with this method and are able to access the Steam Community Market.

try adding them and gifting after 1/3 day.
as far as i know sometimes, steam allows gifting only when you are friends for 3 or more days.
U might also check gifting a cheap game to ur old fruends/alt accounts.
they have known to give temp gifting bans in the past

Just in case someone is wondering. I got steam credits using CS:GO item. Just have a little patience and I think it's overall a better strategy since you get the balance in your wallet and you can buy whatever you want.

Cs:go Cases or just skins? Did you have to wait 7 days before you could sell it?

Can be any CS:GO item. Cases, skins, or stickers. 7 day wait only applies to trading. Once I give the items via a trade offer, they can be sold immediately.

Steam has gifting restrictions in place for gifting using wallet to prevent commercial use of an account. No one knows the conditions set in place as Steam is not transparent about it.

Yup gifting isn't working for new steam friends. The last time I checked they were going through for old steam friends. That's why I am offering the alternative. Moreover, buyers get complete control of the wallet amount.

Just a heads up, steam has been known to ban accounts (trading/gifting) that send out a lot of gift on the basis of commercial use and exploiting regional pricing. This is highly frowned upon even by legitimate users who regularly send out gifts.

Afaik this only happens in the case of wallet transaction and not credit card. Only applicable on the sender so @roygarg in this case.

i have sent a lot of games to people but never heard of it.Can you point me to some known cases?

the ban happens on gifting specific games say for ex csgo, if one of the recipient gets banned, you lose the ability to gift that game.

Yup aware of this and therefore sticking to items as I have mentioned earlier in this thread. Gifts arent going through anyway. These restrictions have been around for quite some time now. Exploiting regional pricing doesn't apply anymore as cross regional gifting anyway doesnt work. The receiver has to be in the same region as the sender in order to redeem gifts.
