They are available in all medical/chemist shops for price around Rs 100-300/-.
They are called "Steam Inhaler". There are 2 varieties. Some of the shops cheat on the price front, it should not cost more than Rs 200. Though the MRP on these boxes is Rs 350/-. I have got it for Rs 150 many times in Bangalore.
