Steam not working properly

My steam app does not load Steam store, Community , heck even my own profile!!
It is stuck with just a small loading icon in top right corner
Now this has been there for few days , but since I was occupied I was unable to look into the matter.
My own library and games load just fine.
I even opted for beta, but even beta versions cannot solve this issue.
Also checked my firewall , steam is not blocked.
I guess I can get some help...because I am unable to see any of those awesome games on store!!

did you try uninstalling and installing again?
also update your flash & java

Steam doesn't need flash. Not sure about Java.

I was only having issues with the gallery of the new Dawn of War game. Otherwise works fine.

Try a clean installation of Steam.

Go to the Steam folder, delete everything except 'Steamapps' and 'Steam.exe'.

And then run Steam.exe, let it re-download. After it finishes redownloading and launches, then try out the store/profile etc

Alternatively, opt in for beta, restart steam, opt out, restart again.

Have already got backup of games.
I have tried opting in for beta @Mr.J, though haven't opted out of it.
If nothing works, I guess what @puns said should work.

Looks like a broken Valve caused it to run out of steam [emoji14]

Delete the file called clientregistry.blob in the steam folder and try to start it again.

^^I think steam does not use that anymore. Also I tried using a browser too there also its showing the same problem.
