Stuck at 99.9%

Did you try looking to see if the download is complete... this is a fairly common occurrence with torrent files... I forgot the reason.. but often this means it is incorrectly reporting it as needing to finish the last 1% or so... but in reality it is already finished.

You may be twiddling your thumbs for nothing as it may already be complete.

There's also (one of?) reason for 'stuck at 99%'.
