0-10K Sugesion for Phone (Basic Usage)

I currently use htc explorer for near 2 years and now I'm planning for an upgrade.
My requirements are,

MATTERS
1. Android
2. Camera with auto focus
3. Responsive touch (I'm used to htc's touch and micromax touch looks very slow to me)
4. Good battery like 2000mah
5. Dual SIM (atleast one should be 3G), WIfi
6. Internal 2gb free atleast.
7. Budget- 4k-8k
8. Good brand so that I will not ask for service center's address very soon.

DOESN'T MATTER
1. Android version (be it even gingerbred)
2. Camera megapixels (I don't need 5/8 MP )
3. It doesn't matter to me how much cores are in CPU or how many RAM.
4. It doesn't matter is it has no memory card support.

Currently selected- Moto e, It more than everything I want, but lacks camera autofocus..
I'm not into gaming in mobile. Just phonecalls, net surf, occasional photo, small games under 10mb......

Any suggestions will be thankful....

Advanatages over Moto E

> AF Camera with LED flash (Better used as flashlight) , personally lack of flashlight/LED in any phone is a deal breaker for me.
> Front camera though crappy is actually present
> abundance of service centres, although most phones in their life cycle dont require one

Negatives
> Weaker screen
> Non Existent community support
> No kit kat update
> Battery life is sub par
