Suggest a 22-24" lcd in 13k range[Dell/Samsung]

Hi friends,

I'm looking forward to buy a 22-24" lcd monitor, my primary uses will be watching HD movies, Gaming and photo editing.

I'm looking for a solution from Samsung or Dell.

I know there have been a lot of similar threads but i'm not finding any good Dell or Samsung monitors being suggested.
Also, I would like to know how these monitors fare when PS is used on them because gaming and HD movie playback sohould not be a big issue on monitors but doing photo editing is something which is difficult to do on TN panels.

I'm not in a hurry to buy this, so take your time and suggest

Not really looking for benq. AFAIK Samsung and dell are the best bet when it comes to lcds,.

correct me if i'm wrong.

Nobody suggesting Dell S2409W :O.. best bang for the buck.. :hap2:
Got it locally for 13.2k (due to high tax n all..) .. Available online on TE and other sites @ 12.5k ~ 12.75k shipped.. :cool2: ..
In case you need a superior 24 incher, you can always opt for Dell S2410.. Pricey, but amazing performance..!! :batman:

From samsung i saw P2350, the video looks nice but didn't see any gaming performance on it so looking into it, also no idea about its price.
Reading in some thread about samsung T240, looks like a TV!! Howz it guys as compared to the Dells?
