They have this area shollinganallur fully covered.

I doubt they have any active connections. But nothing wrong in Contacting them.

My BB plan is is kind of truly unlimited as compared to other BSNL plans. I get 2 MBPS upto 20 GB and 1 MBPS afterwards @Rs.1445/pm with 400 B2B calls L/N.
