CPU/Mobo Suggest a cheapest cpu-mobo combo.

Hi all,suggest a cheapest available cpu-mobo combo available.
Basic use for internet and 24*7 downloading.

But there is another problem ,i have 2gb ddr2 ram,cabinet,local psu & mouse lying idle.So it would be better if i can get a mobo which can run on ddr2 ram.

Get a older gen Atom or a Sempron 145+ DDR2 AM3 socket based mobo.
Else sell the 2GB DDR2 for ~0.8k-1k and get DDR 3 based mobos (Loads of options) and 2GB brand new DDR3 RAM for 1k

for hd playback hd 4200 is minimum requirement so u need a 785g or 880g mobo
