10-15K Suggest a Dual-Sim phone for brother

My brother is looking for a descent dual-sim phone in price range of strictly 15k.
He has already tried samsung and micromax but all suck on battery part.


Budget: 15k (+1k as extreme)

Requirements: Kitkat but if lolipop supported then icing on cake.
Best battery life. Descent rear camera min. 8mp with flash.

Brand: anything apart from cheapo chinese/indian micromax/xolo/gioneee/oppo etc.etc..
Also no Samsung, lg and panasonic.

I would suggest Moto G (2nd Gen).

If Windows is fine then Lumia 730/735 would be good too.
