Suggest a headphone for 3k

Hi guys,
Please suggest some headphone around 3k to be used for movies,games, and music. If I have to choose out of the three then the priority is movies.
Any brand will do.Thanks
 
I am biased towards koss portapro.audition them at a music world store near you. Though they retail for 4k.but have lifetime warranty.

The distri for Koss India does not honour lifetime warranty. They provide only limited 1 or 2 year warranty. The 10 year / lifetime warranty is only in USA .

AD300 and M35 are good options in that price range. The T500 is also a very good headphone.

@OP , You need to be a little more particulat about your preferences Are you looking for open cans or closed ? open are usually more comfortable, have less bass / better soundstage and leak sound outside.

Closed are less comfortable comparatively , have more bass impact and don't leak much of the sound.
Also you need to have some idea about the sound signature .Do you like lot of bass or medium / light bass. Do you find bright / sharp treble to cause fatigue or do you like bright treble ?
 
^ Unless you need insane amounts of bass , the M35 and T500 are much better sounding and more comfortable options than the JVC RX700 . Also you get local warranty as well .

If you need the RX700 only you can use shopyourworld.com or Aramex shop&ship service :)
