Pls suggest a Laptop in between 20k-30k for my sister who is a Counselor.

It should be light-weight, good battery, and great video/web camera to do online counseling.

For 20-30k, neither will you get a light weight, nor good battery, nor great camera, nor a good display, nor a very durable product imo.

This one is my recommendation as this is the only laptop with IPS display under that budget but it is pretty heavy at 1.9kg -

None of the offerings have an SSD (except Xiaomi) which is an essential in today's world so you may need to add it on your own. If you buy any of these, it is highly recommended to get atleast 3 year Extended Warranty as well.

You can also look at Tablets with Keyboard, if your sister is comfortable with that?
