BUDGET = 10K (fixed)
Suggest a MOBO (with decent onboard graphics)+ Processer + 4 GB RAM

Requirnment : Low end Gaming

Already have :
500W VIP PSU
ATX Cabinet
DVD RW
Keyboard + Mouse
HDD : 1TB SATA + 320GB SATA

Up your budget to ~15000/- and bag the following set-up --

AMD A6-3650 ~ 5900/- / AMD A8-3850 ~ 6800/-

Gigabyte GA-A75-S2V ~ 5900/-

Corsair XMS 3 4GB x 1 1600 MHz ~ 1600/- [higher RAM clocks equates to greater performance on Llano chips-- AMD A6-3650 2.6GHz Llano APU Review - AMD A6-3650 APU Processor Review - Legit Reviews / AMD A6-3650 Llano APU Review]

And before you come to us crying that your system got fried, get a SMPS, recommended the FSP Saga II 400W ~ 1900/-, minimum. Else, if you want a better SMPS, get the Corsair CX 400W ~ 2600/-.

The AMD Llano system has the best inbuilt IGP and overall the minimum you need for a entry level gaming desktop, summing up comment --

Ultimately, our conclusion from the A8-3850 applies here: If you're building a new budget-friendly system from scratch that will be used for medium-level gaming, HD movie watching or a long list of other seemingly benign tasks, this new Lynx platform is a no-brainer. The A6-3650 is a terrific all-in-one chip that provides unmatched value when you consider that the integrated GPU is a whole heck of a lot faster than a $45-50 Radeon HD 6450. Intel's lower-end Sandy Bridge models are absolutely faster in CPU-centric benchmarks, but when you take an overall look it is hard not to come to the conclusion that Llano's graphics capabilities more than makes up for its processing shortcomings. In other words, whereas most users likely will not notice that the A6-3650 is slightly slower than another processor in 2D applications, they will notice that it has much better framerates, decoding abilities and GPU computing performance. To us, that equates to a better overall computing experience.

^ OP clearly stated 10k (fixed). :S

@OP : "Low end gaming" is a very vague term.
Did you mean -
* CS/DOTA/NFS-MW etc.
* or more recent games on low resolution/settings.
* or flash games ? ;)
Can you please explain "low end gaming" ?

+1....

For recent games the onboard graphics of mobo arent enough. It will be a wise decision to shell out some more amount and making a system that is more future proof than taking a leap backwards. Suggestions by ALPHA are perfect IMO and OP should really consider adding 5K more and getting the components as suggested.

If you can spend 15k then i would advice you to buy this combo which is better than LIano combo...

Processor AMD Phenom II X4 840 4800

Motherboard Gigabyte 880GM-USB3L (AM3+) 4200

RAM G.Skill Ripjaws 1600MHz CL9 1x4GB 1650

GPU Sapphire HD5670 512MB 4000

Total 14650

The AMD Phenom II x4 840 processor outperforms the Athlon II 635 which the A8-3850 has in CPU intensive tasks... And the HD5670 outperforms the ondie 6550D IGP of A8-3850 processor... And the motherboard that i have suggested is an AM3+ motherboard so in the future you would be able to upgrade to upcoming AMD Bulldozer processor... The combo that i've suggested costs almost the same as Liano combo but its just better...

Checkout this benchmark to check how much better the HD5670 is than the LIano IGP : http://www.techspot.com/review/418-amd-a8-3850-apu/page12.html

Yup agreed.. Good one... But I think his VIP 500 would be a problem in near future if he gets this system without changing PSU.

the above config is better than LIano but in case if OP is really strict on budget then he can compromise with RAM and proccy

fit in a Dual core and 2GB ram to make it 10k

^^ Athlon II 250 would be a huge step down... He should consider Athlon II x3 440 atleast which costs only 600 bucks more... :)

Yup agreed.. Good one... But I think his VIP 500 would be a problem in near future if he gets this system without changing PSU.

VIP 500 PSU wouldn't be a problem for HD5670 as HD5670 takes power from the PCI-E slot... And trust me the VIP PSU that OP has is atleast better then those Zebronics and iBall generic PSUs... OP is on low budget thats why i didn't suggest any PSU but if he can spend more 1k (16k) then he should buy FSP Saga II 350w ~ 1.5k so the overall budget would shoot upto 16k

I already warned OP about this by suggesting --

Sandybridge G620 may be an option at 3.4K OR Athlon x3 440 is the other choice.

ASUS P8H61m Plus v2 3.3K OR Gigabyte 880GM USB3.0 L AM3+ at 4.2K

2gb ram isnt enough (Atleast 4GB) at 1.6/-

5670 512mb ddr5 at 4.2K (wont suggest anything less than this)
