Suggest a phone under 8k

Hey guys , i want to buy a mobile phone under 8k.
I almost bought HTC Explorer but now my friend is selling his Nokia 500 for 7.5k which was used only a week. So which phone would be better.
My primary requirements are internet browsing, music and movies.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

go ahead with htc explorer.
wid nokia 500 u will not get smooth browsing experience and android is obviously much better.

If u have faith in karbonn or spice u can look at their range too with bigger screens and better internals.
