Me & my friend have OP Nord Buds 2. My friend does wear it during gym sessions & while walking but as I feared, TWS does drop out easily & no changing ear bud tips don't help. I will say it is good enough.

To be honest it depends a lot on your ear shape. You will have to try them to know about the fit.
