PC Peripherals Suggest a TV tuner for BSNL IPTV

Hi all,
I have recently got a BSNL IPTV connection and was told that i need a TV tuner card to play it. I don't have any idea about the TV tuner cards since i have never used one. So i would like you guys to suggest some good and best VFM tv tuner card either internal/external in Chennai. My monitor is DELL 2209WA and my budget for the card is 1.5-2K. Thanks

Go for Hauppage PVR-150. Its far far better than the Pinnacle and will come for 2k odd.
PM Supra or Lord Dagon for the same.

Yeah even i heard good reviews about Hauppage PVR-150 but in the website it mentions it as for Windows media center, will it work fine in Windows Xp too ?

^^ Course it will. The PVR150's one of the few cards that will also work *with* Media Center.
