both are same watchesonly difference id the case dia...
one you suggested is 40mm other one is 42mm.
all comes down to your pref. Whichever size you prefer better buy one with bracelet.

Stay away from invicta.
In 100-200 $ range. Go with Japanese brands - Seiko, Orient, Casio, Citizen

I am happy with my Japan made Invicta and can vouch for it.

Both looks really awesome to me , now I'm kinda confused which one to go with , I need some inputs on Oreint watches , i dont know much about its quality.
Can it match the quality of Seiko ? not to forget its available 4k cheaper than Seiko Skx007.

1. Orient is a trusted brand amongst horology populace. I have the CFT00005m and it is an absolute delight..! Orient is partially owned by Seiko, and is famous for using in-house movements which have rock-solid accuracy. You can safely "blind-buy" any Orient -as- long as the aesthetics and over-all design are appealing to you.

2. Creationwatches is a reliable e-retailer. A friend of mine purchased an Orient off them. It reached India within 2 weeks. At times they might not ship in the original box, though their website mentions this. This portal offers aggressive prices.

Both the SKX and Mako are benchmarks for diver class watches. To be honest you cannot go wrong with any. Good choices. I will probably get the SKX down the line, but am currently into dress-watches..! The proprietary Seiko lume (Lumbrite) is really bright when charged and glows for quite a few hours. My Kinetic Diver has this. And it glows like hell. By the way the 7S26 (Seiko) will not hack or manual wind. Same with the Orient 46943 movement.
