My old Dlink router is 5yrs old and showing signs of aging so looking for a major upgrade and came to mind one one usb capabilities. esp. the one where we can plug-in a usb dongle and use it as internet via the router when the main isp fails.
Budget: up to 2.5k
Brands: Dlink, Netgear, Tenda, Asus, tp-link
I was suggested the below options:
D-Link DIR-825
TP-Link Archer C6
TP-Link Archer C2
Heard Tp link models suffers with some wan port issues so would like to avoid those but yet open for it if any models works flawlessly with zero port issues.
Also, does it make any difference if its USB 2 or 3 as anyways the data transfer is going to happen via wireless?
So kindly suggest models to choose from.
