Suggest Best 5.1 Headphones for me

I already got the Altec Lansing 2.1 - VS4121 for my PC

I am just thinking of getting a proper 5.1 headphones, after reading Vikids review of Roccat Kave
It will be mainly used for gaming and movies, no music

Is Roccat Kave the best option available. Please dont suggest me 5.1 desktop speakers, i just cant go for those, considering my room spacing and other factors
any other similar options in this price range or bit cheaper

I can only run it with Realtek HD Onboard 7.1, maybe a soundcard later, but for now, i cant go for a discrete soundcard

my questions are:
Are they durable enough. If handled properly, will they last say atleast 2 years. I dont want them to wear out and go kaput in a year or so
Is the 5.1 experience as good as any decent 5.1 desktop speakers

Budget around 5K

Durable is dependable on usage, but believe me I have one which came along with Onida Home system using it since 4 years now no problem.. Only if i get chance to listen

If you have a good Headphones, u wont need desktop speakers,

Kave as of right now is the best option available if your usage is mainly going to be Games & Movies and mild Muzik...and that is exactly what you have mentioned...so yes , For you or for any gamer out there...Kave is the headphone you should go for...

About wearing out and durability....mate..it all depends on how you keep it...if you use like a sane human...it will be good for another 2 yrs for sure....but if u use it like a junkie...no headfones will be durable...

They arent very expensive like Sennheiser's ..they are very well in ur range..and no need for sound card as of now....the on board Realtek HD will do good.... :)

PS : In Chennai , I think ITdepot has Kave's in stock with them...check it with them.
