The Knight

Knight is coming
Forerunner
As per thread title I wanna suggestion to buy a BIKE.

I am confused between PUSLAR 135 LS / PULSAR 150 / APACHE RTR 160 HYPER EDGE (2012 MODEL).
Help me which one is better? This is my 1st bike and am a novice.

i would advice you to go for the apache.

killer looks and killer performance.the handling of an rtr is absolutely legendary and it is one of the best bikes i have ever had the pleasure to ride in full glory.
fazer is also a decent option,a very good road tourer with sublime balance and a decent performance.

I would also vouch for the unicorn only because of the reliability stance.the bike will last you a long long time.
i do say take a decision between the performance of the rtr or the build quality of the unicorn.
best of luck!

5'8" then go for Apache
Best handler below 1L , except P200NS
many more features and advantages over Unicorn
but Unicorn scores in reliability, though RTR is not far behind.

I would pick RTR coz

- Fantastic Throttle response
- Superb Chassis ie gr8 handling
_ best brakes, below 1L. you can't go wrong with RTR on performance front.
- smaller wheelbase ie beter flickability in traffic
- Decent FE
- feature rich Speedometer console
- VFM
- cheaper spares
- excellent headlamp ( All TVS bikes, including Scooty)
- more power yet lower weight than Unicorn
etc.

Uni is grown HH Splendor, TVS Apache will never bore you.

Get Pulsar 135 , Good economy, good comfort, good suspension, good looks. Overall , its a good package . I assume you'll be buying bike for 3-4 years and then upgrade ? If yes, look no other than Pulsar 135.

Get Apache. Strictly avoid Pulsar series. :)

After two years, you would feel happy abt riding your apache rather than a pulsar.

AFAIK TVS discontinued the hyper edge model. Its not available in the 2012 model as well.
I had been to their showroom few weeks back. Even i have the 2012 model in my mind.
The 2012 model is presently available in the green variant and the other color models were in due to come within a month according to the showroom guy.
I had got a quote for 76.5k for single brakes and 3k extra for double brakes here in Mumbai.

Now am confused between BAJAJ PULSAR 135LS AND TVS APACHE 160 RTR 2012

Please compare between those. No other model.

Pick Apache unless you are concerned with fuel economy... Pulsar 135LS is great bike but wont give you performance of A160RTR...
