how about plastic? from the paper files/folders ?

Plastic can develop static which can damage the components. Cardboard is a better choice.

If using the PCI-e extender, where will you mount your video card? It needs to line up with one of the free slot openings in your cabinet, but all of them look like they are blocked by the motherboard and existing PCI/PCI-e slots.

Yeah, plus i need one mini PCI slot for my NIC, So extender is a no go.
