Android Suggest File/Folder sync app ( to USB OTG )

Suggest a app, pref free, that can easily sync some folders ( pics, etc ) on MOTO G to a connected USB OTG flash drive.

Would like to back up some folders to a spare UFD I have.

So many Windows sync programs but cannot find one Android app to do the same. Would like one-way sync option (never delete files in the destination).
