Suggest good camera and music phone worth 9k

A friend wants to buy a cameraphone and has a budget of around 9k.

It should have good music player capabilities too.

Both touchscreen and non-touchscreen phones from all companies are to be considered.

But none of these have 3.5mm headphone jack.

If you can extend your budget a little bit, you can get the N82 for about 10.5k. Its camera is amazing, has a lens protector and it has a xenon flash.
It has the 3.5mm jack and the rest of the features (S60V3 FP1, etc...) and its audio quality is better than the K810 & the c510.

Found it at Aakash Electronics at Nehru Place (Without bill though, with bill it costs about 12k). He has pretty limited stocks. Dont know the phone no. of that shop.
