Suggest good ISP in West Delhi except Airtel, MTNL

What is this retention dept? I mean I have never heard of it and how is that you get a discount? Is your actual plan cost around RS 1800?

I wanna get rid of Airtel but they retained me for 3 months, lets enjoy these months.

Will think of new ISP after that

Wow you are one lucky guy. I wish the same thing happened to me. Does this mean that this plan actually does not exist but it is offered just to you.
