dont forget to switch on ur 5.1 while playing it.....

And yes how can i forget about silent hill series, silent hill 2 is the best among the series and to add more to it is silent hill 1,3 nd 5 is also worth playing but the 4th part is bad, and yes you need patients to play this game. Bioshock is also good, i completed it but the story of the game is very difficult to understand where i had to refer in order to understand the story properly.
 
I didn't find Dead Space to be scary. Infact I was disappointed on that part. At the very beginning it seemed that it would give a few chills, but later on it was nothing. The gameplay is good though.

Bioshock has creepy background sounds and IMO the best in any game so far.

Even I have to try out the other games, including Doom3 and Silent Hill. :ashamed:

I've played that. That game doesn't need hi-fi system. But scary enough for your adrenaline. :)

I've also seen the black&white film of the same name.

Silent hill 2 was good but not as good as the silent hill 1 i feel, the puzzels in sh 1 are way tough than sh2, also environment keep changing, i guess sh3 is a sequel to sh1.
Also play Resident evil 1, 2, 3, code veronica x( my favorite ), resident evil ZERO, resident evil REMAKE ( its a remake of resident evil 1 ), also re4 is good
Doom 3, dead space, penumbra black plague, fear 1 and 2.
Also clock tower 3 ps2, parasite eve 2 ps1.
Siren 1, forbidden siren PS2
Siren blood curse PS3
 
Just get Ashes Tour Cricket 2009, its SCRARRY as hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, well the games suggested above are scary enough and i dont think there are any other games than the titles suggested above.

and FALLOUT 3 is not a scary game bhai ..!! its a slow but depressing enviorment game! you could be scared of those HUGE COCKROACHES at the beginning though.. and Dead people?? ow c'mon, u'd then say COD was the most scariest game of all.. has highest no. of dead ppl ..!!

And yea Call of Duty 5 is kinda scary in the end with its bonus Zombie level.. enable that and then play it.. its not that scary but could make you mad killing and killing and killing all dead soldier zombies.
