Laptops Suggest Laptop for Rs 25k

Hi guys, A friend of mine wants a laptop within 25k.
Net books are a little too small.
Need a screen size around 14-15 in
Other wise usage is just the same as a netbook, surfing, office apps, music n movies etc.
Also it would be used mostly at home
