Graphic Cards Suggest me a graphic card within 6k

What is your existing rig and what resolution are you gaming at?,Still i would suggest you to get sapphire/Msi 6770-6.5k,it's the best option within your budget.
 
^^ Get the nVidia GTS 450 ~ 6500/- OR AMD HD 6770 ~ 6800/-, both graphics card perform roughly the same apart that nVidia supports CUDA and PHYsX.

If you do not have a decent SMPS on your RIG Sire, go for the HD 6670 ~ 4500/- and get the Corsair CX V2 430W ~ 2200/- OR FSP Saga II 500W ~ 2500/-.

Dude get hd6770 comes for 6.5k best one under your budget ;) if you want to save some cash get 5770 if possible almost same..
 
IMO, No one should suggest a card which needs external power connector unless OP mentions what PSU he is using. :)

@OP: Which PSU are you using and whats its amp rating on 12v rail..
