Suggest mobile internet service

I had been using Vodafone for connecting to the internet from my mobile. Its services are not good at all. Many a times it does not connect and when it does any website does not open. I have been thinking of switching to another service provider. Looking for atleast 2GB limit a month and budget is around 200-300 PM. The service should be reliable. Region - Delhi/NCR
Any suggestions with speed you get if possible?

Tara docomo is best!

If u have good network reception the TATA DOCOMO is best. My average download speed is 25 kbps. I'm from Mumbai. And u can get 8gb of uses in just 149 rs.

Don't know about Docomo reception, I will check it out.

edit - docomo website doesn't have Delhi while selecting location.
