CPU/Mobo suggest mobo for AM2

TE friends,

i am buying 9600GSO tomorrow.

so i am looking for a mobo and budget for mobo is around 4k.

looking for following features in mobo for AMD X2 4200+:

1. PCI Ex. 2.0 slot (possibly in SLi)

2. Good OC mobo

3. AM2 Slot (AM2+ i dont know my current AM2 will be supported in AM2+ slot)

4. 4 x DIMM

5. 4 x SATA2 ports (i dont mind if i have 2 but 4 will be better)

Please suggest!
