suggest phone under 22k

Hello All,

Suggest me a good phone upto 22k and music is not important nor camera need fast and wifi voip and 3g based thx

my budhet is low to 20k
hehe

can any one tell me should go for what

LG prada.
HTC touch diamond(have lend 7k from some 1)
no NOKIA....
ASUS P570(guess its good but looks bulky)
