Storage Solutions Suggest reasonably priced External DVD writer

Suggest me a reasonably priced external DVD writer. Brand and all is really not of a concern unless it does it job and takes power from the USB port of the laptop.
 
my friend purchased Buffalo media station external dvd burner (charges from usb) for some 3.5k I think. pretty good but low right speeds, which is usual for these external drives.

Any particular reason for going for the buffalo brand ?

In my case i am not gonna use the drive on a daily basis. Only when i need to access something through CD/DVD and watching movies off a DVD using my media player by connecting the drive to media player

Guys i think i may go for this toshiba one...does this look to be good ?

Can u please tell which media player do u have that u can connect external DVD Player ?
 
I have the eaget M880 media player that i had bought from China. It is actually the same as the AC Ryan Play On HD and it allows me to connect an external DVD writer / CD ROM to it (USB based) to play DVDs using the media player. :)

Oh man, Its point to point copy of Play On HD even rear ports placement.

Is there any india dealers & how much does it cost ? Do u use to download torrent ?
