Addison Wesley - Programming Wireless Devices With The Java 2 Platform, Micro Edition (j2Me), 2Nd Ed
Personally... I dont like the J2ME/J2SE Complete Reference. They havent covered any topic in depth. Its just what it says... a reference book and not for ppl to investigate.
