Suggest Speakers for Denon AVR1910

Hi,

My brother-in-law has a 47" Sony LCD TV and he is now considering a decent good home theater setup with a budget of say 30-40K INR.

Is it possible to have a 5.1/7.1 setup in that budget including an AMP that can do DTS-MA/Dolby TrueHD? If not what is the minimum he should expect to spend to have such a setup?
 
The 1910 AFAIR retails for about 37k. His best bet is to get an AVR + entry level speakers' setup offered by Denon and the likes.
 
Pioneer TODOROKI RS 40 is a FANTASTIC speaker system. Comes with a receiver and wooden cabinets. I love the way they sound!
