suggest tablet for video chatting

planning to buy a TABLET instead.... with a WIFI router for my cable internet connection.

Requirenmt : tablet for Video chatting

rs 1000 will go for the Wifi router..

budget for tab : 8000 rs. for a 8" to 10" tab (3G sim not required)

looking for a tab with gud service Center in mumbai.. may be micromax ...

pls suggest a TAB.

look for ainol novo, highest config possible under this budget and warranty too..
