Suggest trimmer which may work both on direct AC power cum battery

My Nova trimmer may have died so this time I want a trimmer which will work both on direct AC power cum battery. (if battery isn't charged or goes dead still it should still work flawlessly on direct AC electric socket).

Budget: Not sure but will keep it 3k max.
Brand: Any good brand with good A.S.S

Philips is the best & it can work when powered... Xiaomi has good reviews, but now sure whether they operate while charging, but the advantage is of USB type charger!!

I use a Braun 7020. Pricey but very well built. It works both on power and on battery.
