PC Peripherals Suggest UPS for the following Configuration

I'll soon be getting a PC but not able to finalize the UPS as i heard APC UPS does a buzzing sound with corsair PSUs. Suggest me asap, I will tell the remainin config if needed.
 
Tell the configuration bruv, where is it anyways for a Corsair VX 450W OR below PSU a APC Back-UPS 650VA ~ 2600/- is a pair-up for anything above that look squarely at the Back-UPS 800VA ~ 4000/- OR above model.

All prices from Bangalore non-inclusive of tax.
 
If you dont want the buzzing sound go for full sine wave UPS from APC, SUA750 and ready to shell out ~ 7.5K.

If you are buying VX450 or so , no point in buying such a costly UPS. Can't suggest the right thing until you say what PSU you are buying.

but even i am in same situation but i am on corsair cx400 psu and my current back ups 500 is not giving any good back up.

so i need suggestion whether to go for new ups or change inverter to sine wave?
