Suggest: USB Sound Card

Folks,

I have a knack of peeking up low noise and hence am unable to use my office PC's sound output for a long time. Hence need suggestion from you folks.

I right now have Creative Zen and would like the USB card to sound atleast similar to it / better then it.

Please let me know.

My cousin uses this Creative USB Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround 5.1 Sound Card - Get more out of your music and movies , he is very pleased with its performance . - Retails for around 3.5k (Not sure)
