Suggest windows or mobile apps for creating Instagram shorts using templates and music

Slightly off-topic, but I’d like to know about a good app (mobile or Windows) for creating Instagram Shorts using templates. I’m currently aware of LightCut (mobile) and CapCut (Windows). While they offer decent templates with great visuals, the music isn’t quite as catchy.


Are there any apps with templates that feature trending songs?

Music has to be licensed for commercial use, so none of these apps will have trending music and songs. Only the Instagram app will have them, and that too only for personal accounts. Business accounts on Instagram can't use trending songs.
