CPU/Mobo suggestion about a cpu for a asrock z77 extreme 6 mobo

i have a asrock z77 extreme 6 mobo but which proccy should i buy whether it should be i7 3770
k or an i5 3570K price is not an issue but i also want that money should not be wasted or should i sell it and go for a AMD setup

I would say stick with i5 3570k and get a good cooler like CM Seidon 120m and OC the cpu.
