Suggestion for a good 2.1/5.1 speakers & Ipod dock

Hi,

Looking for a good 2.1/5.1 speakers for DVD player. Don't need anything hi-fi, just normal speakers with sub woofer with decent bass. Budget is 4k, any other suggestions are welcome.

Also looking for cheapest ipod dock for Itouch 3g. Any suggestions?
